The location was very convenient, situated in a pedestrianized area close to the metro station and all the main sightseeing spots. The staff were very accommodating, providing exceptional service with a smile. My room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including soundproofed windows, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I was even allowed a slightly later check-out time on the day of my departure, which was greatly appreciated.
